摘  要:目的探究胸痛中心护理小组模式在急诊心绞痛患者救治过程中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年1—6月福州市第二医院急诊科接诊的35例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为对照组,从2022年1—6月接诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者中按照性别、年龄(性别相同,年龄加减2岁)1∶1匹配对照组的原则选取35例作为观察组。对照组患者采用胸痛中心常规护理流程,观察组患者采用胸痛中心护理小组模式进行干预,比较2组患者各项救治措施的建立时间、护理满意度及纠纷事件发生情况。结果观察组患者首次心电图检查时间、心电图确诊时间、静脉通路开放时间、静脉采血时间、急诊科滞留时间以及完成院内专科转运时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的82.86%(29/35),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.540,P=0.111)。观察组患者纠纷事件发生率为5.71%(2/35),低于对照组的14.29%(5/35),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.635,P=0.426)。结论与胸痛中心常规护理流程相比,胸痛中心护理小组模式的应用可加快各项救治措施的建立速度,缩短急诊科留置和转运至专科治疗的时间,有利于提高护理满意度,降低纠纷事件的发生风险。Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of the care team model in a chest pain center in treating patients with emergency angina pectoris.Methods Thirty-five patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to the Emergency Department of the Fuzhou Second Hospital from January to June 2021 were randomly selected as controls.The patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted from January to June 2022 were selected in the observation group in a 1∶1 ratio according to gender and age(the same gender,age plus or minus 2 years).The patients in the control group received routine care in the chest pain center and the patients in the observation group received the care team model.The establishment time of various treatment measures,care satisfaction,and the occurrence of dispute events were compared between the two groups.Results The first ECG examination time,ECG confirmation time,venous access opening time,venous blood sampling time,emergency department residence time,and hospital specialist transport time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of care in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that in the control group(82.86%,29/35),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.540,P=0.111).The incidence rate of dispute events in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),which was lower than that in the control group(14.29%,5/35),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.635,P=0.426).Conclusion Compared with the routine care process in the chest pain center,the application of the care team model of the chest pain center can accelerate the establishment speed of various treatment measures,and shorten the time of emergency department residence and transport to specialist treatment,which is conducive to improve nursing satisfaction and reducing the risk of dispute events.
