摘 要:目的探讨以8S管理理念为核心构建的链式管理模式应用于内镜中心清洗消毒质控管理中的效果。方法以时间为节点,选取2020年2月—2021年2月安阳市肿瘤医院内镜中心的内镜80件和本科护士20名为对照组,选取2021年3月—2022年3年安阳市肿瘤医院内镜中心的内镜80件和本科护士20名为观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式进行清洗消毒质控管理,观察组采用基于8S管理理念的链式管理模式进行清洗消毒质控管理,比较2组内镜的清洗消毒合格率、内镜消毒缺陷发生率、内镜管理缺陷发生率及护士知识掌握情况。结果观察组内镜清洗合格率(98.75%)及消毒合格率(98.75%)高于对照组的内镜清洗合格率(90.00%)及消毒合格率(88.75%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内镜消毒缺陷发生率为1.25%,低于对照组的11.25%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内镜管理缺陷发生率为1.25%,低于对照组的13.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士考核分数为(96.62±1.04)分,高于对照组护士的(91.43±1.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于8S管理理念的链式管理模式能有效提高内镜清洗、消毒的合格率,提升内镜中心的质控管理水平。Objective To investigate the effect of 8S management concept-based chain management in the quality control management of cleaning and disinfection in endoscopy centers.Methods Eighty endoscopes and 20 undergraduate nurses from the Endoscopy Center of Anyang Cancer Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected in the control group,and 80 endoscopes and 20 undergraduate nurses from the Endoscopy Center of Anyang Cancer Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected in the observation group.The control group received the conventional management for cleaning and disinfection quality control management,and the observation group received the chain management based on the 8S management concept for the same category.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,the incidence rates of endoscopic disinfection defects and endoscopic management defects,and the knowledge acquisition of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning(98.75%)and disinfection(98.75%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(90.00%and 88.75%)(P<0.05).The incidence rate of endoscope disinfection defects in the observation group was 1.25%,which was lower than that in the control group(11.25%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence rate of endoscopic disinfection management defects in the observation group was 1.25%,which was lower than that in the control group(13.75%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The assessment score of nurses in the observation group was(96.62±1.04)points,which was significantly higher than that of nurses in the control group(91.43±1.09,P<0.05).Conclusion The 8S management concept-based chain management can effectively increase the qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and improve the quality control management level of endoscopy centers.
