摘 要:通过构建安徽省物流业资源投入和产出的指标,构建评价体系。运用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数法对安徽省2011-2020年的物流业效率及其变化、空间差异进行探究,并使用Tobit回归模型对安徽省物流业效率的影响因素展开研究。研究结果表明:(1)安徽省物流业效率在纯技术效率和规模效率的助推下,整体成递增趋势,但是仅有合肥、淮北、亳州、阜阳、宣城、铜陵6市达到DEA有效水平,出现了发展不平衡的问题;(2)安徽省物流业全要素生产率总体成上升趋势,但是增长趋势波动较大。除阜阳、六安、亳州3市外其余各市物流业全要素生产率均大于1,增幅最大的是池州,最小的是亳州。(3)安徽省物流业效率的主要影响因素是产业结构、城镇化水平和资源利用,经济发展水平和政府干预未能起到显著的影响。The evaluation system is established by constructing the resource input and output index of logistics industry in Anhui Province.DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index method were used to explore the efficiency of logistics industry in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020,its changes and spatial differences,and Tobit regression model was used to study the factors influencing the efficiency of logistics industry in Anhui Province.The results show that:(1)With the help of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,the logistics efficiency of Anhui Province increases as a whole,but only Hefei,Huaibei,Bozhou,Fuyang,Xuancheng and Tongling cities reach the DEA effective level,and there is a problem of unbalanced development;(2)The total factor productivity of logistics industry in Anhui province is on the rise,but the growth trend fluctuates greatly.Except fuyang,Lu'an and Bozhou,the total factor productivity of logistics industry in all other cities is greater than 1,with the largest increase in Chizhou and the smallest increase in Bozhou.(3)The main influencing factors of logistics efficiency in Anhui province are industrial structure,urbanization level and resource utilization,while economic development level and government intervention have no significant impact.
