摘  要:通过调整BaO-TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)三元系统玻璃组分,制备了具有优良光学和介电性能的玻璃。研究结果表明:当BaO的摩尔分数为30%时,随着SiO_(2)含量的增加(TiO_(2)含量的减少),热膨胀系数在SiO_(2)摩尔分数为40%时达到最小值,玻璃转变温度(T_(g))和析晶温度(T_(p))先升高后降低,玻璃样品在近紫外区透过率很小;在晶化处理2 h后,样品只析出Ba_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8)晶相,析晶峰强度先增强后减弱;此外,玻璃样品的介电常数逐渐减小,介电损耗先减小后增大,微晶玻璃的介电性能先增大后减小。当TiO_(2)的摩尔分数为30%时,随着SiO_(2)含量的增加(BaO含量的减少),玻璃的热膨胀系数逐渐减小,而T_(g)和T_(p)逐渐升高;在晶化处理后,析出的晶体含量逐渐减少,样品的介电常数与损耗均逐渐降低。本研究为系统研究BaO-TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)玻璃的介电性能提供参考。The glass with excellent optical and dielectric properties was prepared by changing the composition of BaO-TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)ternary system.The results show that with the increase of SiO_(2)content,TiO_(2)content decreases,when the mole fraction of BaO was 30%,the thermal expansion coefficient reached the minimum when the mole fraction of SiO_(2)was 40%,while T_(g) and T_(p) first increase and then decrease.The transmissivity of the glass sample in the near ultraviolet region was very small.After the crystallization treatment for 2 h,the proportion of crystals increased first and then decreased,and only Ba_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8)crystal phase was precipitated.During the study of the dielectric properties of glass samples,it was found that the dielectric constant gradually decreased with the decrease of TiO_(2)content,the dielectric loss first decreased and then increased,and the dielectric properties of glass ceramics first increased and then decreased.When the mole fraction of TiO_(2)was 30%,with the increase of SiO_(2)content and the decrease of BaO content,the thermal expansion coefficient of the glass gradually decreased,while T_(g) and T_(p) gradually increased.With the decrease of BaO content,the content of precipitated crystals gradually decreased,and the dielectric constant and loss of the samples gradually decreased.This study provides a reference for the systematic study of dielectric properties of BaO-TiO_(2)-SiO_(2)system glass.
