摘 要:为了获得显著的节能效果,对感应电动机的效率和功率因数进行优化是十分必要的。以单相感应电动机为研究对象,选取电动机运行电容量、转子槽高度、转子槽宽为设计变量,单相感应电动机的效率和功率因数为优化目标。以现有电动机的参数为变量中心值,确定初步优选区间,建立正交实验表。通过响应面法建立优化目标与设计变量的回归模型,所获得的优化变量值采用电磁场有限元法作进一步计算。仿真数据表明:该模型可靠性较高,相比优化前,单相感应电动机的效率提高了2.97%,功率因数提高了0.05。In order to obtain a remarkable energy-saving effect,it is necessary to optimize the efficiency and power factor of the induction motor.The single-phase induction motors are taken as the research object.The motor operating capacitance,rotor slot height and rotor slot width are selected as design variables,and the efficiency and power factor of single-phase induction motors are the optimization targets.The parameters of the existing motor are used as the central values of the variables to determine the initial preferred interval,an orthogonal test table is established,and a regression model between the optimization target and the design variables is constructed by the response surface method.The values of the optimization variables obtained are further calculated using the electromagnetic field finite element method.The simulation data show that the reliability of the model is high.Compared with the results before optimization,the efficiency of the singlephase induction motor is increased by 2.97%,and the power factor is increased by 0.05.
