摘　　要：介绍了2号麦尔兹窑的生产状况,针对2号窑部分悬挂缸浇注料脱落及通道堵塞等情况,实施了改善窑况的护窑措施,同时对通道积灰进行清理,较好地稳定了窑况,使麦尔兹窑产能得到了提升。The production condition of No.2 Maerz kiln was introduced in this paper. According to the castable shedding and channel blockage of the suspended cylinder of No.2 Maerz kiln,the protection measures for kiln condition improvement were implemented,the channel ash was cleaned up to stabilize the kiln condition,and the production capacity of Maerz kiln was improved.
