摘 要:为了解“无添加防腐剂”化妆品在使用过程中能否有效抑制污染微生物的生长繁殖,本试验对15批宣称“无添加防腐剂”的化妆品进行防腐剂挑战试验。这15批化妆品在接入细菌并培养7天后,细菌的下降率基本达到100%。而接入的真菌在培养7天后,有2批化妆品的真菌下降率未达到90%,防腐剂挑战试验失败。建议《化妆品安全技术规范》增加防腐剂挑战试验测试方法和评价标准,保证化妆品在各环节的质量。In order to study whether the preservative free cosmetics can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of polluting microorganisms in the use of cosmetics, in this experiment, the preservative challenge experiment was carried out on 15 batches of cosmetics claiming that preservative free. After 7 d of inoculation and culture, the decline rate of bacteria basically reached 100%. However, after 7 d of culture, the fungal decline rates of two batches of cosmetics did not reach 90%,and the preservative challenge test failed. It is suggested to add the preservative challenge test and the evaluation method to Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics, to ensure the quality of cosmetics in all aspects.
