摘  要:探讨玉泽积雪草安心修护面膜(以下简称冻干面膜)在点阵激光术后对于屏障修护的功效性和安全性,对 24 例进行面部 CO_(2)点阵激光治疗后的受试者给予冻干面膜使用,通过临床评估指标和 VISIA 皮肤图像分析仪进行疗效评价。使用产品 7 天后,与点阵激光术后即刻相比,受试者面部斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、红斑、红度和紫质的分值均下降,其中纹理、红斑、红度分值下降显著(P < 0.05);皮肤干燥程度下降,皮损积分上升,与点阵激光术前基础值相比无显著性差异(P > 0.05);79% 受试者评价使用感受为“舒适”及以上;发生 3 例轻度不良反应事件,仅局部表现瘙痒及散发性小丘疹,均未做额外处理,自行好转。说明冻干面膜能显著改善点阵激光术后面部纹理、红斑、红度,具有明显的修护皮肤屏障和改善肤质的作用,且安全性较高。To assess the efficacy and safety of a freeze-dried facial mask in assisting skin barrier repair after fractional laser surgery,24 volunteers with facial fractional CO_(2) laser were selected in this study.The volunteers were treated with freeze-dried facial mask for 7 d.The clinical assessment and image analysis(VISIA)were observed.After 7 d of treatment,imaging analysis revealed that the spots,wrinkles,texture,pores,erythema,redness and porphyrin scores all decreased,among which texture,erythema,and redness scores decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in skin dryness(P>0.05)and skin lesions(P>0.05).The 79%of volunteers think comfortable and above.In this study,3 cases of mild adverse events occurred only with local pruritus and sporadic small papules,and cleared up without extra treatment.Freeze-dried mask can significantly improve facial texture,erythema,and redness after fractional laser surgery.It was secure and had obvious functions of repairing skin barrier and improving skin texture.
