人参养荣汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎后遗症举隅

摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎大流行的持续,新冠病毒转阴后出现的气短、乏力、气促和睡眠困难等症状一直困扰着感染者。世界卫生组织将这种感染后遗症定义为“长新冠”,其不但影响人们恢复正常生活和工作的能力,同时也增加了医疗保健的负担。人参养荣汤具有益气补血、养心安神之功效,主治积劳虚损、气血不足等症。现从中医的病因病机入手来探究新型冠状病毒肺炎的发病机制,将经典名方人参养荣汤应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎后遗症的治疗,并结合临床探讨人参养荣汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎后遗症的作用机理,为临床治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎后遗症提供用药参考。As the COVID-19 pandemic continues,symptoms such as shortness of breath,fatigue,shortness of breath and difficulty sleeping after the virus turns negative have been plaguing infected people.The World Health Organization defines the after-effects of infection as"COVID-19",which not only affects people's ability to return to normal life and work,but also increases the burden of healthcare.Ginseng Yangrong decoction has the effect of beneficial qi and blood,nourishing the heart and calming the spirit,and it is mainly used for treating diseases such as exhaustion and deficiency of qi and blood.In this paper,starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 in traditional Chinese medicine,the classic ginseng Yangrong decoction was applied to the clinical treatment of COVID-19 sequelae,and the mechanism of ginseng Yangrong decoction in the treatment of novel pneumonia sequelae was discussed in combination with the clinical treatment,providing reference for the clinical treatment of COVID-19 sequelae.
