摘　　要：选取所在定点医院运用纯中医治愈的2例新型冠状病毒肺炎(普通型)患者,分别辨证为湿热蕴肺证、寒湿阻肺证,采用一人一策,制定个体化的诊疗方案,在治疗中根据病机的变化及时调整处方,均顺利治愈出院。现结合江西地区患者的体质及证候特点,分析新型冠状病毒肺炎产生的可能原因、病理因素的特点、病位,介绍所在定点医院治疗不同证型的新型冠状病毒肺炎的常用处方,为该病的中药治疗提供参考。The author selected two cases of COVID-19(general type)patients cured by pure Chinese medicine at the designated hospital.The patients were identified as damp-heat-contained lung syndrome and cold-dampness-blocked lung syndrome.The prescription was adjusted in time according to the changes in the pathogenesis,and both patients were successfully cured and discharged.Finally,the author analyzed the possible causes of COVID-19,the characteristics of pathological factors,and the location of patients with the physical and syndrome characteristics of patients in Jiangxi.To provide a reference for Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
