摘　　要：目的:探究参七蛤蚧散治疗肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月—2021年12月收治的72例肺心病心衰患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组予以内科常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参七蛤蚧散口服。对比治疗前后两组患者的心肺功能、中医症候积分、肺动脉压、6 min步行距离和明尼苏达生存质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组心功能评级总有效率为88.89%,优于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分、肺动脉收缩压、明尼苏达生存质量评分均较前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FEV1/预计值、FEV1/FVC比值、6 min步行距离均较前增高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参七蛤蚧散联合西药治疗肺心病心衰临床疗效确切,可显著增强患者的心肺功能,降低肺动脉压,提高运动耐量和生活质量,安全有效。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Gejie powder in the treatment of cor pulmonale and heart failure.Methods:72 patients with cor pulmonale and heart failure treated from January 2018 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medical treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Gejie powder on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score,pulmonary artery pressure,cardiopulmonary function,6-minute walking distance and Minnesota quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of cardiac function rating in the observation group was 88.89%,which was better than 72.22%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score,pulmonary systolic pressure and Minnesota quality of life score in the two groups were lower than those in the previous group,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);FEV1/predicted value,FEV1/FVC ratio and 6-minute walking distance in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Gejie powder combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of cor pulmonale and heart failure.It can significantly improve patients'cardiopulmonary function,exercise tolerance and quality of life.It is safe and effective.
