摘  要:随着水下生产系统智能化设备的发展,锻件需要的电缆和液压的功能孔也越来越多,需要研究一种适用于深水锻件结构的工艺孔封堵技术。针对堆焊焊接、螺柱堵头、焊接与螺柱组合封堵等不同的封堵工艺技术进行研究,采用有限元模拟和试验的方法对工艺孔封堵技术进行评价。结果表明,焊接、螺柱、焊接与螺柱组合封堵技术都可以满足深水锻件在结构强度方面的要求,但是不同封堵结构形式对封堵技术的具体操作有一定的要求,算例中的工艺孔较小,采用焊接封堵难度大;螺柱封堵形式操作便捷,可行性高;组合封堵形式结合了螺柱和焊接封堵的优点。因此在深水锻件工艺孔封堵形式选择方面需要结合结构强度、可操作性等几个方面进行判别,以选择最优的封堵形式进行应用。With the development of intelligent equipment in the subsea production system,more and more cable and hydraulic functional holes are required for forgings.It is necessary to develop a process-hole plugging technology suitable for deep-water forging structures.In this paper,different plugging processes are studied,such as surfacing welding,stud plugs,and welding-stud combined plugging,and the process-hole plugging technology is evaluated by finite element analysis and tests.The results reveal that welding,studs,and welding-stud combined plugging technology can all meet the structural strength requirements of deep-water forgings,but different plugging structures have certain requirements for the specific operations of plugging technology.As the process holes in the example are small,it is difficult to use welding for plugging,while stud plugs are easy to operate and are highly feasible,and the combined plugging combines the advantages of the stud and welding plugging.Regarding the selection of process-hole plugging methods for deep-water forgings,factors including structural strength and operability should be considered for judgment,and hence,an optimal plugging method can be selected for applications.
