摘　　要：为了提高接线盒斗加工的便捷性及效率,保证产品的质量,利用现有的数控加工液压三爪自定心设备,研究并制定了全新的加工工艺,设计制作了与之配套的专用工装,实现了隔爆电机接线盒斗的快速加工。In order to increase the convenience to process the terminal box and its process efficiency,ensuring the quality of products,a set of fully-new machining process is worked out to utilize the existing CNC machining hydraulic three-jaw self-centering equipment and the matching special tooling is designed and manufactured either,so as to realize the rapid machining of the terminal box bucket of flameproof motors.
