低地板有轨电车牵引电机试验噪声异常的处理分析

摘　　要：某型低地板有轨电车牵引电机在组合试验中出现噪声异常现象,经过对比该型电机单台试验与组合试验数据后,判断该异常噪声为电机固定工装所引起。为此,通过ANSYS有限元模态仿真计算,结合工装模态测试,分析了电机固定工装对牵引电机噪声的影响,并对原有固定工装进行了设计优化,解决了组合试验噪声异常的问题。The abnormal noise of a low-floor traction motor occurred in the combined test.After comparing the data of the single test and the combined test,the abnormal noise was determined to be caused by the fixed fixture of the motor.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence of motor fixed fixture on traction motor noise through ANSYS finite element modal simulation calculation and tool modal test,and optimizes the original fixed fixture design,the problem of abnormal noise in combined test is solved.
