摘  要:某核电厂机组大修期间,电厂人员在对励磁机进行检查时,发现永磁机转子有一块磁钢存在开裂缺陷,检查该磁钢本体无磕碰痕迹,也无碎屑脱落;检查永磁机定子绕组及铁心,无碰磨等异常情况。为了分析磁钢开裂的原因,电厂及制造厂人员进行了大量的检测项目及试验论证,确定了根本原因为磁钢生产工艺存在缺陷,并针对性地提出了一系列排查及优化措施,有效消除了短期设备隐患,为彻底避免该问题提供了改进方向。During the overhaul of the unit of a nuclear power plant,when the personnel of the power plant inspected the excitation machine,they found that there was a piece of magnetic steel with cracking defect in the rotor of the permanent magnet machine.They checked that the magnetic steel body had no bumping marks and no debris falling off,the abnormal conditions such as the stator winding and the core of the permanent magnet machine without touching and grinding.In order to analyze the causes of magnetic steel cracking,the personnel of the power plant and the manufacturing plant carried out a large number of testing items and experimental demonstrations,and determined that the root cause was caused by the defects in the magnetic steel production process,a series of troubleshooting and optimization measures are put forward.
