摘　　要：针对YH2系列电机转子铁心需要螺杆拉紧,而转子采用的是斜槽方式,铁心叠压后螺杆无法顺利穿入这一问题,提出了若干解决思路,并通过分析各自的优缺点,确定了最优方案。Because of the problem that the rotor core of YH2 series motors has to be tensioned by a screw and that the skewed slot method is applied in the rotor,the screw is unable to penetrate smoothly after the rotor core is stacked,thus,several solutions are proposed and the most optimal solution is determined through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each ones.
