摘 要:机壳是驱动电机的核心部件,其过盈强度对整机的可靠性有重要影响。针对车用驱动电机的机壳强度设计,在考虑碗形塞、水管及定子与机壳的过盈连接条件的基础上,提出使用Neuber准则来对机壳强度进行评价的方法。结果表明,相对于传统的仅考虑机壳与定子过盈的强度分析方法,使用文章提出的方法获得的机壳应力结果更加准确,能够为机壳的设计提供指导。The housing is the core component of the driver motor,and its interference strength has an important impact on the reliability of the whole machine.Aiming at the strength design of the housing of vehicle driver motor,this paper puts forward a method to evaluate the strength of the housing by using Neuber criterion on the basis of considering the interference connection conditions between the bowl plug,water pipe,stator and housing.The analysis results show that,compared with the traditional analysis method that only considers the interference strength of the housing and stator,the housing stress results obtained by the method proposed in this paper are more accurate and can provide guidance for the design of the housing.
