摘 要:电枢绕组的电阻测量是无刷励磁机制造过程中的一项重要测试,测试结果有助于判断电枢绕组的异常状况。为了解决以往缺乏不同测试位置所对应的电枢绕组设计值这一问题,分析了4500 kW无刷励磁机电枢绕组连接的物理模型,并构建了电枢绕组等效电路模型。通过电路仿真,获得了不同测量部位的电枢电阻计算值。经对比,4500 kW无刷励磁机电枢电阻的仿真计算值与实测值吻合。该研究成果可为制造厂的质量控制和电厂运行现场的检修提供关键设计参数,有助于保障大容量无刷励磁机的产品质量。The resistance measurement of armature winding is an important test in the manufacture process of brushless exciter,and the test result is helpful to judge the abnormal condition of armature winding.In order to obtain armature winding design values corresponding to different test positions,the geometric model of armature winding connection of 4500 kW brushless exciter has been analyzed,and an equivalent circuit model has been built.Through circuit simulation,the calculated values of armature resistance at different measuring positions has been obtained.The comparison between simulation calculation and measurement shows that the simulation value of the axial resistance of 4500 kW brushless excitation machine agrees with the measured value.The research results of this paper provide the key design parameters for the quality control of the manufacturing plant and for maintenance at the operation site of the power plant.This thesis is helpful to ensure the product quality of the large-capacity brushless exciter.
