摘　　要：介绍党中勤教授治疗胃食管反流病的临床经验。党中勤教授认为胃食管反流病属中医吐酸、胃脘痛、梅核气、食管瘅等病范畴;病位在食管和胃,发病不离肝、脾两脏;火、热、瘀是主要病理因素;以肝胃失和、胃气上逆为主要病机。治疗上主张以“火热侵袭,实则清敛愈其标”“中焦失衡,虚则和中疗其本”“木失条达,郁则疏肝调其气”以及“血阻脉络,久则化瘀畅其道”为大法。拟方珍珠青元颗粒,以达到疏肝破气、泻热和中、制酸止痛之效,临证宜随症加减。To introduce the clinical experience of Prof. DANG Zhongqin in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease. Prof. DANG believes that gastroesophageal reflux disease belongs to the category of diseases such as acid regurgitation, gastric cavity pain, plum-stone qi, and esophageal pure heat in Chinese medicine. The disease is located in the esophagus and the stomach and its occurrence of it cannot be separated from the liver and the spleen,whose main pathological factors are fire,heat and stasis,and whose main pathogenesis is the disharmony of the liver and the stomach as well as the ascending counterflow of stomach qi. For its treatment, it is advocated that for fire-heat invasion, if it is excess syndrome,it should be treated by clearing and astringing methods;for imbalance of the middle energizer,if it is deficiency syndrome, it should be treated by harmonizing the center to treat the root;for wood failing to govern free activity, if it is depression syndrome, it should be treated by soothing the liver to regulate qi;and that for long-going blood obstructing collaterals,it should be treated by dissolving stasis to free the collaterals. The prescription is prescribed as Zhenzhu Qingyuan Granules to soothe the liver and break stagnant qi,drain heat and harmonize the center,control acid and relieve pain,and it should be modified according to the symptoms in clinical practice.
