健脑除颤汤加味联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病阴虚风动证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脑除颤汤加味联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病阴虚风动证的临床疗效。方法:将82例帕金森病阴虚风动证患者按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合健脑除颤汤加味治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组中医证候积分、帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分及临床疗效,观察2组不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组主症、次症积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组主症、次症积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组UPDRS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组UPDRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.56%,高于对照组75.61%(P<0.05)。观察组出现恶心呕吐1例,对照组出现恶心呕吐6例,均为空腹服药造成,避免空腹服药后症状均消失。结论:健脑除颤汤加味联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病阴虚风动证安全有效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Jiannao Chuchan Tang combined with levodopa benserazide tablets for Parkinson disease with stirring wind due to yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with Parkinson disease with stirring wind due to yin deficiency syndrome were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levodopa Benserazide Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Jiannao Chuchan Tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes and Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions were observed. Results:After treatment, the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of UPDRS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score of UPDRS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.56% in the observation group,higher than that of 75.61% in the control group(P<0.05). There was one case of nausea and vomiting in the observation group and six cases in the control group,all of which were caused by taking medicine on an empty stomach,and the symptoms disappeared after avoiding taking medicine on an empty stomach. Conclusion:The therapy of modified Jiannao Chuchan Tang combined with Levodopa Benserazide Tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of Parkinson disease with stirring wind due to yin deficiency syndrome.
