加味生化汤联合缩宫素治疗药物流产后阴道出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味生化汤联合缩宫素治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床疗效,以及对患者血液流变学和性激素的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例药物流产后阴道出血患者均分为2组。对照组给予缩宫素注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味生化汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后血液流变学指标和性激素水平。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组全血黏度、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血沉(ESR)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组上述血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组雌二醇(E2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),P、β-HCG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味生化汤联合缩宫素治疗能提高药物流产后阴道出血的临床疗效,改善血液流变学指标和性激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenghua Tang combined with oxytocin for vaginal bleeding after medical abortion,and its effect on hemorheology and sex hormones in patients.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion were divided into two groups according to the random number table method averagelly. The control group was treated with oxytocin injection,and the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Shenghua Tang based on the treatment of the control group. Hemorheology indexes and sex hormone levels before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group, higher than that of 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity(PV), hematocrit(HCT) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of hemorheology indexes above in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of estradiol(E2) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of progesterone(P) and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) were decreased(P<0.05);the E2level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of P and β-HCG were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Shenghua Tang combined with western medicine for vaginal bleeding after medical abortion can enhance the clinical effect,improve the hemorheology indexes and the sex hormone levels.
