摘 要:针对我国装配式建筑抗震研究的现状,辩证后得到节点设计、连接方法以及整体结构等方面对建筑抗震性能的影响。总结发现装配式建筑在连接节点处加长连接键的键长、内置钢筋、提高轴压比等方法能有效提高装配式建筑的耗能性和抗震性。湿式连接方式被国内外广泛采用,有较好的抗震能力和震后恢复能力,在整体结构上添加阻尼器或外挂框架等也可以得到具有良好抗震性能的结构,为装配式建筑抗震性能研究提供了一个参考方向。According to the current situation of seismic research on prefabricated buildings in China, the influence of joint design, connection method and overall structure on the seismic performance of buildings is obtained after dialectics. It is found that the energy consumption and seismic resistance of prefabricated buildings can be effectively improved by lengthening the key length of the connection key at the connection node, installing reinforcement, and improving the axial compression ratio. Wet connection is widely used at home and abroad, which has good seismic capacity and post earthquake recovery ability.Adding dampers or external frames to the overall structure can also get structures with good seismic performance, which provides a reference direction for the study of seismic performance of prefabricated buildings.
