摘  要:为快速选育优质抗稻瘟病粳稻新品种,以优质粳稻新品系沪香软16-18为母本,抗稻瘟病粳稻新品系沪香粳16-44为父本进行杂交配组,利用花药培养和分子标记辅助选择相结合的方法快速育成了聚合香味等位基因badh2-E7、低直链淀粉含量基因Wx^(mp)和抗稻瘟病基因Pita的粳稻新品种‘崇尚2022’。该品种在上海地区作移栽稻全生育期145 d左右;株高90 cm左右,每667 m~2平均产量为600 kg;抗倒性强,病害轻,2021年稻瘟病鉴定综合指数为4.7,田间发病少;稻米具有明显香味,米饭油润透亮,口感柔软有弹性,冷饭不回生。In order to rapidly breed a new japonica rice variety with high quality and rice blast resistance,We crossed female parent Huxiangruan 16-18,a japonica rice line with high quality,and Huxiangjing16-44,a japonica rice line with rice blast resistance.Anther culture and marker-assisted selection were used to rapidly develop a new japonica rice variety ’Chongshang 2022’ with the fragrant allele badh2-E7,low amylose content gene Wx^(mp) and blast resistance gene Pita.The whole growth period of ’Chongshang 2022’ as transplanting rice in Shanghai is about 145 days.Its plant height is about 90 cm,and the average yield of 667 m~2 is 600 kg,lodging resistance,light disease.The rice blast identification composite index is 4.7,less field incidence.The rice has obvious fragrance,the cooked rice is oily and bright,soft and elastic,and soft texture of cooled rice.
