摘 要:采用自行设计搭建的秸秆燃烧烟气排放测试系统,探讨水稻、小麦和玉米三种典型作物秸秆燃烧时产生烟气的排放特性,同时分析燃烧后秸秆灰分的主要养分利用潜力。结果表明:水稻、小麦和玉米三种秸秆燃烧实时排放的烟气中NO的排放因子分别为1.48 g∕kg、2.18 g∕kg和2.75 g∕kg,NO_(2)的排放因子分别为0.69 g∕kg、0.79 g∕kg和0.57 g∕kg,颗粒物排放因子分别为26.49 g∕kg、25.34 g∕kg和28.26 g∕kg。通过对收集的三种秸秆燃烧后的灰分进行分析,发现其钾的含量分别为4.89%、3.89%和8.00%,钙的含量分别为1.49%、2.41%和1.20%,磷的含量分别为0.75%、0.35%和0.52%。秸秆灰养分理论全量还田可替代约281.6%的钾肥、21.0%的磷肥、34.9%的钙肥,具有良好的可替代化肥潜力。A self-designed and built straw combustion flue gas emission test system was used to explore the real-time flue gas emission characteristics of rice,wheat and corn straw burning.And the main nutrient utilization potential of straw ash after combustion was analyzed.The results showed that the NO emission factors in the flue gas emitted from the burning of three straws of rice,wheat and corn were 1.48 g∕kg,2.18 g∕kg and 2.75 g∕kg,the emission factors of NO_(2) were 0.69 g∕kg,0.79 g∕kg and 0.57 g∕kg,respectively,and the emission factors of particulate matter were respectively 26.49 g∕kg,25.34 g∕kg and 28.26 g∕kg.The potassium contents of three kinds straw were 4.89%,3.89% and 8.00%,calcium contents were 1.49%,2.41% and 1.20%,and phosphorus contents were 0.75%,0.35% and 0.52% respectively.According to the theory of straw ash nutrient,returning the whole amount to the field could replace about 281.6% of potassium fertilizer,21.0% of phosphorus fertilizer and 34.9% of calcium fertilizer,which had a good potential to replace chemical fertilizer.
