摘  要:为了解农业科研人员在载文量、学历、年龄、职称、获项目资助情况方面是否存在性别差异,提出优化女性科研人员职业发展的对策和建议,文章以《上海农业学报》2001—2020年刊发的2 912篇论文的第一作者信息为数据资源,量化对比分析女性作者年龄、学历、职称、参与基金项目情况等职业成长相关因素,并进一步通过调研质性分析影响女性科研事业发展的相关因素。结果表明:第一作者为女性的载文比例呈螺旋上升趋势,不同学历所占比例与男性大体趋同,参与基金项目情况与男性无明显差别,但女性论文产出的有效时间少于男性,多数职称处于相对较低的位置,晋升较为缓慢。其原因主要受内部因素和外部环境两方面影响。建议女性科研人员要增强自身内源驱动力,社会也要尊重差异,在职称评审、职务晋升等方面针对农业女性科研人员制定适当的政策,使得她们能够更好地获得社会认可,从而进一步提升其科学研究的内动力。This paper aims to understand whether there is gender difference in terms of published papers quantities,educational background,positional title,ages and project funding of agriculture researchers and provide a reference for optimizing career development of agricultural female researchers.2 912 lead authors’ information databases were collected.They published papers inActa Agriculturae Shanghai 2001—2020,index of published papers quantities,educational background,positional title,ages and project funding were compared between different gender through quantitative analysis.The related factors affecting the professional title promotion of female agriculture researchers were explored by qualitative analysis.The results showed that the proportion of articles published by women as the lead author was spiraling upward.Different educational qualifications proportion of women was generally similar to that of men.There was no significant difference between men and woman in terms of fund participation in the project.However,women had less effective time to publish articles and a relatively low professional titles,their promotion was relatively slow.The reason was mainly affected by internal and external factors.Female researchers themselves should enhance the endogenous driving force.Society should formulate appropriate preferential policies for agricultural female researchers to better promote their interior drive of work.
