摘 要:用常规生物毒性试验方法,开展不同盐度条件下亚硝酸盐氮对斑节对虾仔虾毒性试验。结果表明,盐度为3.0%时,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96 h的半致死浓度分别为103.09,68.45,58.58,38.83 mg/L;盐度为2.5%时,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96 h的半致死浓度分别为215.69,170.01,136.28,124.49 mg/L;盐度为2.0%的条件下,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96 h的半致死浓度分别为197.86,168.20,122.30,79.72 mg/L;盐度为1.5%时,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96 h的半致死浓度分别为139.50,93.35,40.68,2931 mg/L;盐度为1.0%时,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96 h的半致死浓度分别为83.13,48.75,38.59,25.43 mgL;盐度为0.5%时,亚硝酸盐氮24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度分别为36.23,28.11,17.38,14.19 mg/L。盐度分别为0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0%时,相对应的亚硝酸盐氮的安全浓度分别为1.419,2.543,2.931,7.972,12.479,3.883 mg/L。指出,盐度对亚硝酸盐氮的毒性有较大的影响。提出,在盐度为2.5%、亚硝酸盐氮毒性最弱时进行育苗,过高或者过低的盐度,都会加剧亚硝酸盐氮的毒性。The toxicity of nitrite nitrogen to the larva of Penaeus litopenaeus under different salinities was investigated by conventional biological toxicity tests.The results showed that when the salinity was 3.0%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite nitrogen at 24,48,72 h were 103.09,68.45,58.58 and 38.83 mg/L,respectively.When the salinity was 2.5%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite were 215.69,170.01,136.28 and124.49 mg/L for 24,48,72,96 h,respectively.Under the salinity of 2.0%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite nitrogen at 24,48,72 h were 197.86,168.20,122.30 and 79.72 mg/L,respectively.When the salinity was1.5%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite for 24,48,72 and 96 h were 139.50,93.35,40.68 and 2931 mg/L,respectively.When the salinity was 1.0%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite nitrogen for 24,48,72,96 h were 83.13,48.75,38.59 and 25.43 mgL,respectively.When the salinity was 0.5%,the semi-lethal concentrations of nitrite nitrogen for 24,48,72 and 96 h were 36.23,28.11,17.38 and 14.19 mg/L,respectively.Salinity were 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0% corresponding to the safety of nitrite nitrogen concentration were1.419,2.543,2.931,7.972,12.479,3.883 mg/L.It is pointed out that salinity has great influence on the toxicity of nitrite nitrogen.It was suggested that when the salinity was 2.5% and the nitrite nitrogen toxicity was the weakest,the toxicity of nitrite nitrogen would be aggravated if the salinity was too high or too low.
