摘 要:为了解巴马拟缨鱼(Pseudocrossocheilus bamaensis)红水河红渡群体性腺发育特点,于2020年6月至2021年3月,在广西红水河都安段红渡区采集巴马拟缨鱼样本,测定其性腺指数(GSI)和丰满度,进行性腺质量与丰满度的相关性分析。结果表明,巴马拟缨鱼红水河红渡群体雌鱼的成熟系数为0.34%~1.63%;雄鱼的成熟系数为0.03%~0.14%;雌鱼的丰满度为1.91~2.44 g/cm~3,雄鱼的丰满度为1.88~2.29 g/cm~3,呈现出由夏至秋降低,由秋至冬增长,由冬至春降低的变化趋势;雌鱼的性腺质量与丰满度呈显著正相关。指出,巴马拟缨鱼红水河红渡群体雌雄性腺发育可能不同步,人工繁殖中亲鱼的强化培育和催产时机的选择不确定性大。To study the characteristics of gonadal development of Hongdu Pseudocrossocheilus bamaensis in Hongshui River,the fish samples were taken in Hongdu District,Du’an section of the Hongshui River in Guangxi from June 2020 to March 2021.The gonadal somatic index(GSI) and the condition factor were measured and calculated.The results showed that,the GSI of the female fishes fluctuated between 0.34% and 1.63%.The GSI of the male fishes fluctuated between 0.03%-0.14%.The condition factor of female fishes varied between 1.91 and2.44.The condition factor of male fishes varied between 1.88 and 2.29.The condition factor of fish showed a downward trend from summer to autumn,growing from autumn to winter,decreasing from winter to spring.The gonad weightand the condition factor of female showed significant positive correlation.The results show that,the gonads of Hongdu P.bamaensis male and female develop asynchronous time.There is greater uncertainty about intensive cultivation of parental fish in artificial breeding and the choice of oxytocin timing.
