摘 要:对广东省海洋渔业试验中心3类不同石斑鱼循环水养殖系统和自然海水的环境因子和细菌数量进行比较分析。结果表明,各类水体水温差异不明显,均维持在27℃,3类不同石斑鱼循环水养殖系统的溶解氧含量普遍低于自然海水,盐度和亚硝酸盐氮含量均高于自然海水,pH值均低于自然海水,大部分石斑鱼循环水养殖系统氨氮含量高于自然海水;3类不同石斑鱼循环水养殖系统的异养菌、弧菌、大肠菌群、氨化细菌和硫酸盐还原菌的数量均高于自然海水,根据海域营养型分级标准,3类不同石斑鱼循环水养殖系统水体呈腐水状态。提出,养殖用水须经过循环水养殖系统再次净化后才能重新进入循环水养殖池中。The environmental factors and bacterial counts of three different grouper recirculating aquaculture systems in Guangdong Marine Fisheries Experimental Center and natural seawater were compared.The results showed that the water temperature between them was not different,and all of them were maintained at 27 ℃.Compared with natural seawater,the dissolved oxygen and pH value of water were lower in all recirculating aquaculture system;the salinity,nitrite content and ammonia nitrogen content were higher in the most system.Also,the counts of bacteria including heterotrophic bacteria,vibrios,Escherichia coli,ammonifying bacteria and sulfate-reducing bacteria in all system were higher than the counts of natural seawater.According to the classification standard of marine trophic type,the water of the 3 types of grouper recirculating aquaculture systems were in a state of decay.So,it is proposed that the water must be purified again by the recirculating aquaculture system before it can be re-entered into the recirculating aquaculture pond.
