快速康复理念在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复理念在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年7月—2020年7月暨南大学附属顺德医院收治的60例行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同分为对照组27例和康复组33例。对照组患者接受基础护理干预,康复组患者接受快速康复理念干预。比较两组患者术后一般指标、疼痛、生活质量、并发症、护理满意度。结果:康复组患者膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院时间、尿管拔除时间、肛门排气时间和首次下床时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=18.015、5.247、17.018、13.975、11.971,P<0.05)。康复组患者疼痛、生活质量评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=14.262、41.064,P<0.05)。康复组患者并发症率为6.06%,低于对照组患者的29.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.701,P<0.05)。康复组患者护理总满意率为93.94%,高于对照组患者的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.154,P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念干预经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者能减少患者住院时间和术后并发症,提升患者生活质量,促使患者快速康复。Objective:To investigate the application of fast track surgery concept based nursing in benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with transurethral electrovaporization of prostate.Methods:60 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral vaporization electrosurgery admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into27 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the rehabilitation group according to the different nursing protocols.The control group received the basic care intervention and the rehabilitation group received the rapid rehabilitation concept intervention.General postoperative indicators,pain,quality of life,complications,and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The time to bladder irrigation,postoperative hospital stay,time to urethral catheter removal,time to anal venting,and time to first bed release were shorter in the rehabilitation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=18.015,5.247,17.018,13.975,11.971,P<0.05).Pain and quality of life scores were lower in the rehabilitation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=14.262,41.064,P<0.05).The complication rate in the rehabilitation group was 6.06%,which was lower than the 29.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.701,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the rehabilitation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.154,P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid recovery concept intervention of transurethral vaporization electrosurgery of the prostate for patients with prostatic hyperplasia can reduce the length of hospital stay and postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote rapid recovery.
