摘  要:以珠海市过磨刀门水道大直径超长距离钢顶管供澳门引水工程为研究背景,钢管外径DN2448,单次顶进距离2 330 m,但是采用泥水平衡钢顶管法,存在深厚软土地层,施工难度大等问题。对泥水平衡顶管设备选择、泥浆配合比的确定及泥浆制备、泥浆输送、泥浆和弃土混合物的排出、泥浆减阻等技术的研究分析,得到密度为1.05~1.08、黏性为50~60 s的专用泥浆,泥皮厚度为3~5 mm,析水量远小于5%,可以满足淤泥质黏土层长距离泥浆输送、长距离排泥的要求。Based on the research background of the large-diameter & ultra-long distance steel pipe jacking project for Macao water diversion in crossing Modaomen Waterway in Zhuhai, the outer diameter of the steel pipe is DN2448, and the single jacking distance is 2 330 m. However, the muddy water balanced steel pipe jacking method is adopted, which has problems such as deep soft soil layer and great construction difficulty. The selection of slurry balance pipe jacking equipment, the determination of slurry mix ratio, and the research & analysis of slurry preparation, slurry transportation, the discharge of slurry and spoil mixture, and slurry drag reduction technologies have resulted in a special slurry with a density of 1.05 ~ 1.08 and a viscosity of 50 ~ 60 s. The mud skin thickness is 3 ~ 5 mm, and the water content is far less than 5%, which can meet the requirements of long distance slurry transportation and long distance sludge discharge in the muddy clay layer.
