摘  要:【目的】分析NaHCO_(3)胁迫下莜麦幼苗的生理指标的变化,探究莜麦盐胁迫的生理响应,为盐逆境机理研究提供线索。【方法】采用水培法,选用7种不同质量浓度的NaHCO_(3)(0(CK)、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2、6.4 mg/L)处理莜麦幼苗,分析幼苗叶、根中的渗透物质含量和抗氧化酶活性的变化。【结果】随着NaHCO3质量浓度的增加,种子发芽率、幼苗叶绿素含量逐渐下降。0.2~6.4 mg/L NaHCO3处理下幼苗叶中MDA、可溶性糖含量显著高于对照(P<0.05),1.6~6.4 mg/L NaHCO3处理下幼苗根中MDA、可溶性糖含量显著高于对照(P<0.05);3.2~6.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3)处理下幼苗叶中O2.-产生速率显著高于对照(P<0.05)。抗氧化酶活性呈先增加后降低的趋势,0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2 mg/L NaHCO3处理下幼苗叶中POD、SOD、CAT、APX活性依次达到最高值,分别比对照增加了205.09%、53.11%、61.17%、1932.44%(P<0.05)。【结论】莜麦幼苗可以忍受低质量浓度0.2~0.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3)溶液,高质量浓度6.4 mg/L NaHCO3溶液严重抑制幼苗的发芽和生长发育。【Objective】In this study,Avena nuda L.was analyzed the changes of physiological indexes of its seedlings under NaHCO_(3) treatment stress,and explore the physiological response to salt stress,so as to provide clues for the study of salt stress mechanism.【Method】Seven different concentrations of NaHCO_(3)(0(CK),0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6,3.2,6.4 mg/L)were used to treat Avena nuda seedlings.The changes of osmotic substance content and antioxidant enzyme activity in leaves and roots of naked oats seedlings were studied.【Result】Treated with the increase of NaHCO3 concentration,the seed germination rate and chlorophyll content of seedlings decreased gradually.The contents of MDA and soluble sugar in seedling leaves under 0.2~6.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3) treatment were significantly higher than those in the control(P<0.05),and the contents of MDA and soluble sugar in seedling roots under 1.6~6.4 mg/L concentration were significantly higher than those in the control(P<0.05).In seedling leaves at the concentration of 3.2~6.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3),the O2.-production rate was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The activities of antioxidant enzymes first increased and then decreased.At the concentrations of 0.4,0.8,1.6 and 3.2 mg/L,the activities of POD,SOD,CAT and APX in seedling leaves reached the highest successively,which increased by 205.09%,53.11%,61.17%and 1932.44%respectively compared with the control(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Avena nuda L.seedlings can tolerate low concentration of 0.2~0.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3) solution,high concentration of 6.4 mg/L NaHCO_(3) solution seriously affect the germination and growth of Avena nuda seedlings.
