摘  要:本文在传统水泥固化技术基础上,创新提出了将磷酸盐作为稳定化药剂以诱发生活垃圾焚烧飞灰中可溶性氯的稳定化反应。在分析飞灰理化性质基础上,通过水相预实验、固相单因素实验及正交实验,探究了各因素对氯离子固定率的影响程度并确定了最优水平组合,揭示了磷酸盐诱发可溶氯稳定化反应机理。结果表明:磷酸盐(磷酸钠十二水)掺量大于20%时,氯离子固定率保持于30%左右;水灰比、水泥掺量、磷酸盐掺量对可溶氯稳定化效果的影响程度依次增大,实验条件范围内三者的最优水平组合为0.34、33.3%和44.4%;稳定化反应的主要产物羟基磷灰石可通过表面络合吸附和离子交换两种途径稳定飞灰中可溶氯。In this paper,based on the traditional cement solidification technology,the phosphate was innovatively proposed as a stabilizing agent to induce the stabilization reaction of soluble chlorine in the domestic waste incineration fly ash.Through the aqueous-phase pre-experiment,solid single factor and orthogonal experiments combined with the analysis of the physicochemical properties of fly ash,the influence of various factors on the chloride fixation rate was explored and the optimal level combination was determined,and the experimental mechanism of phosphate-induced soluble chlorine stabilization reaction was also revealed.The results show that,when the content of the phosphate(i.e.,sodium phosphate tribasic dodecahydrate)is more than 20%,the chloride ion fixation rate remains at about 30%.The influence degree of water cement ratio,cement content and phosphate content on the stabilization effect of soluble chlorine increases in turn,and the optimal level combination of the three is 0.34,33.3%and 44.4%within the range of experimental conditions.At the same time,the main product of stabilization reaction hydroxyapatite can stabilize the soluble chlorine in fly ash through the surface complexation adsorption and the ion exchange.
