摘 要:以高岭土和吐温-80稳定的反相乳液为模板,通过乳液聚合法制备了以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壳层的十八烷纳米胶囊。用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分别观测了纳米胶囊的形貌和化学结构;用能谱仪(EDS)对其成分进行分析;通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)分别对其相变性能和热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,纳米胶囊呈现较规则的球形,粒径为50~300 nm,熔化潜热和凝固潜热分别为152.6 k J·kg^(-1)和164.2 kJ·kg^(-1),包覆率为70.6%,具有良好的热稳定性。Nanocapsules with polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as shell and n-octadecane as core were synthesized by emulsion polymerization using kaolin and Tween-80 stabilized inverse emulsion as template.The morphology and chemical structure of the nanocapsules were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The components were analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The phase change properties and thermal stability were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),respectively.The results show that the nanocapsules were spherical in shape with diameters of 50~300 nm.The latent heat of melting and solidification were 152.6 kJ·kg^(-1)and 164.2 kJ·kg^(-1),respectively.The encapsulation ratio of the nanocapsules was 70.6%.The nanocapsules exhibited good thermal stability.
