摘  要:现阶段,碳捕集技术的能耗值较高导致迫切需要在传统碳捕集系统中引入换热器来增强传热传质。不同内置换热器形式导致碳捕集吸附床能耗数据很难在公平的平台上进行比较,因此迫切需要能效性能对标方法来实现横向的比较分析,从而保证能耗结果能在统一的评价平台上进行相互验证和对比优化。本工作基于对标分析方法,研究了吸附温度和解吸温度对变温吸附碳捕集系统下单管和三管换热器(模拟)、双管换热器(实验)吸附床的能效性能结果的影响。At present,the high energy consumption of carbon capture technology leads to the urgent need to introduce heat exchanger in traditional carbon capture system to enhance heat and mass transfer.Different forms of built-in heat exchangers make it difficult to compare the energy consumption data of carbon capture and adsorption bed on a fair platform.Therefore,it is urgent to use energy efficiency performance benchmarking method to achieve horizontal comparison and analysis,so as to ensure that the energy consumption results can be verified and compared and optimized on a unified evaluation platform.Based on the benchmark analysis method,the effects of adsorption temperature and desorption temperature on the energy efficiency performance of singletube and three-tube heat exchangers(simulation)and double-tube heat exchangers(experiment)in the temperature swing adsorbed carbon capture system are studied.
