摘 要:为评估某巨型框架-核心筒-外伸臂结构体系超高层建筑的抗震性能,采用ABAQUS对其进行了7度设防烈度罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析。分析结果表明:结构层间位移角未超过1/100的限值。第二道伸臂桁架以上至89层部分楼层、90层以上发生变形集中,墙肢混凝土受压损伤比较严重;加大分布筋配筋率、增设型钢后,X向墙肢受压损伤显著减轻,采取加大巨柱及框架梁截面、Y向腹墙开洞等调整框剪比的措施后,Y向墙肢受压损伤显著减轻。连梁大部分破坏屈服耗能;巨柱、伸臂和环带桁架型钢基本处于弹性工作状态。关键构件满足抗震性能目标的要求;分析对提高本工程结构抗震性能提出了合理化建议。To evaluate the seismic performance of a super high rise building with megaframe-core tube-outrigger truss structural system, using ABAQUS to perform the dynamic elasto-plasticity analysis of the structure under rare earthquake of 7 degree(0.10 g) fortification intensity. The results show that the story drift of the structure does not exceed the limit of 1/100. Deformation concentration is happened in some stories between the second outrigger truss and the 89 th floor and the upper layers of 90 th floor, where the concrete compression damage of the walls is relatively serious. After increasing the distribution bar reinforcement ratio and set the section steel, the compression damage of core walls of the X direction is significantly reduced. After adopting measures such as increasing the section of the mega column and frame beam and open holes in the web walls to adjust the ratio of shear force between the frame and shear walls, the compression damage of core walls of the Y direction is significantly reduced. Most of the coupling beams are damaged and dissipate energy. The steel of mega columns, outrigger trusses and belt trusses are almost elastic. The critical members satisfy the requirements of seismic objectives. The analysis provides some reasonable suggestions to improve the seismic performance of the structure.
