摘 要:围绕“微时代”下学生成长与学习新特点,“微思政”为高校学生工作提供一种全新工作模式与思路。传统学生工作方式忽略学生个体差异性,工作中过于理性,工作内容缺乏多样性,工作态度过于度严肃。将“微思政”引入学生工作中,会面临如“微思政”高校学生工作中平台建设不到位,对“微思政”学生工作理念定位不准,“微思政”产品设计不够丰富,无法将“微时代”中的话题与语态融入“微思政”等问题。借此构建微时代下“微思政”学生工作模式,明确其实践路径,启动“微思政”,培养“微队伍”;设计“微产品”,丰富“微内容”;占领“微阵地”,打造“微平台”;精选“微语态”,引爆“微话语”。focusing on the new characteristics of students'growth and learning in the"micro era",the"micro ideological and political"College Students'work provides a new working mode and idea.The traditional way of student work ignores the individual differences of students,is too rational in work,lacks diversity in work content,and has too serious work attitude.Introducing"micro politics"into students'work will face problems such as inadequate platform construction in"micro politics"College Students'work,inaccurate positioning of"micro politics"students'work concept,insufficient product design of"micro politics",and inability to integrate the topics and voice in"micro era"into"micro politics".In order to build the path of"micro ideological and political"student work mode in the micro era,start"micro ideological and political"and cultivate"micro team";Design"micro products"to enrich"micro content";Occupy the"micro position"and build a"micro platform";Select"micro voice"to detonate"micro discourse".
