从“一气周流”浅议“十三鬼穴”组穴内涵

摘　　要：十三鬼穴为治疗精神、情志病的经验组穴,主要治疗的是与意识和精神有关的疾病。本文从十三鬼穴的源流、演变、主治病种和组穴内涵角度探讨十三鬼穴治疗神志疾病的机制。从十四经脉气血的流注顺序出发,推演十三鬼穴的气血流注顺序,结合黄元御“一气周流”的气机运动模式,构建十三鬼穴的气机圆运动模型,阐述其调节元阴元阳、疏导气机及脏腑经络气血的机制,为针灸穴位组方的临床运用拓展提供新的视角。Since ancient times, thirteen ghost points had been used as an experience acupuncture prescription for the treatment of mental and emotional diseases, mainly for the treatment of diseases related to consciousness and spirit. The article discussed the mechanisms of the treatment of mental diseases from the perspective of the origins, evolution, indications and connotation of the thirteen ghost points. Enlightening from the Qi-blood flow sequence of the fourteen meridians, the Qi-blood flow sequence of the thirteen ghost points was inferenced. Furthermore, according to the theory of “One Qi Circumfluence” proposed by HUANG Yuan-yu, its Qi-blood circular motion model of the thirteen ghost points was built, which described the mechanisms of controlling yuan Yin and Yuan Yang, and adjusting functional activities of Qi and the movement of viscera-meridian-Qi-blood, providing a new perspective for the clinical application of the acupuncture prescription development.
