铁塔室内分布模块化速算造价方法的讨论

摘　　要：对中国铁塔股份有限公司室内分布系统的设计方案、造价进行深入分析,对大量的工程样本进行方案重置以及统计分析,得出典型场景下传统室内分布系统每平方米综合造价。通过每平方米综合造价模块,对拟建项目进行场景拆分、分场景计算造价,组合得到相对精确的室内分布产品造价。该方法是一种有效的事前造价控制方式,有利于传统室内分布产品成本控制。The design and cost of the indoor distribution system of China Railway Tower Co.,Ltd.are analyzed in depth,and a large number of project samples are reset and statistically analyzed to obtain the comprehensive cost per square meter of traditional indoor distribution system under typical scenarios.By obtaining the integrated cost per square meter module,the proposed project will be split into scenarios and calculate the cost by scenario,and the relatively accurate cost of indoor distribution products will be obtained.This method is an effective way to control cost beforehand,which is beneficial to the cost control of traditional indoor distribution products.
