摘　　要：随着国家城市化发展进程正在不断加快,人们对于自身居住和生活的住宅也有了更高的美好品质要求。精装修住宅对于资源的利用率较高以及工期较短等各项优势,已经逐渐成为大多数人的选择。在新的形势下,必须加强对于精装修住宅设计以及施工的进一步研究,才能够满足大众对于精装修住宅的各项需求。而本文也在此基础上针对精装修成品住宅的室内设计施工进行了相应的讨论,希望能够推动和完善精装修领域成品住宅的发展。With the acceleration of urbanization development process in China,people also have higher quality requirements for their own dwelling and living houses.Due to the advantages of high utilization rate of resources and short construction period,finely decorated residence have gradually been preferred by most people.In the new situation,it is necessary to strengthen further research on the design and construction of finely decorated residence,so as to meet the public’s various needs for finely decorated residence.On this basis,this paper also discusses the interior design and construction of finished residence with fine fitment,hoping to promote and improve the development of finished residence with fine fitment.
