摘　　要：本文针对上海临港某仓储物流项目的施工管理进行研究,研究关于永临结合施工管理。永临结合可以大幅节约材料,节约劳动力,提高工效,但对施工组织要求高,可能会对工期产生一定的影响。本文通过前期统筹策划,针对研究项目多部门多专业协调管理、提前制定施工流程及部署、合理调配劳动力,加大策划进行成品保护,控制施工质量,加强控制安全文明施工等方式来确保永临结合施工对工期、质量等影响降到最低。经过项目实践,施工质量满足规范及设计要求,产生了较大的经济效益。This paper studies the construction management of a warehouse logistics project near the port in Shanghai,and studies the permanent and temporary combined construction management.The permanent and temporary combined construction can greatly save materials,labor and improve work efficiency,but it requires high construction organization,which may have a certain impact on the construction period.This paper aims to minimize the impact of permanent and temporary combined construction on the construction period and quality by means of early overall planning,multidepartment and multi-specialty coordination and management of the research project,formulating the construction process and deployment in advance,reasonably allocating labor,increasing planning for finished product protection,controlling the construction quality,and strengthening the control of safe and civilized construction.Through the project practice,the construction quality meets the specification and design requirements,and has produced greater economic benefits.
