现浇连续箱梁顶板横向裂缝成因分析

摘  要:珠海一现浇连续箱梁桥在施工过程中发现,现浇预应力混凝土箱梁顶板的表面出现横向裂缝。通过收集施工资料、实体检测等工作掌握了横向裂缝的形态、分布情况、裂缝宽度等;采用有限元软件分析了梁体是否满足后期运营荷载的使用要求。根据检测结果分析可知,温度变化和混凝土收缩对裂缝产生的影响较大,通过有限元软件分析顶板结构处于安全状态。同时给出了后期处置建议,提高了桥梁的安全系数。During the construction of a cast-in-situ continuous box girder bridge in Zhuhai,it was found that transverse cracks appear on the surface of the roof plate of cast-in-situ prestressed concrete box girder.Through the collection of construction data,entity inspection and other work,the morphology,distribution and width of transverse cracks are mastered.The finite element software is used to analyze whether the girder body meets the use requirements of subsequent operating load.According to the analysis of the test results,the temperature change and concrete contraction have a great impact on the crack formation,and according to the analysis of finite element software,the roof structure is in a safe state.At the same time,suggestions for subsequent disposal are given,to increase the safety coefficient of the bridge.
