摘  要:预制管桩因其施工方便、造价低、质量高等显著优点,已作为软土地区普遍应用的一种桩型,其不足之处是具有明显的挤土效应,特别是在厚层的饱和软土层中应用大面积群桩基础。本文结合宁波某项目发生的预制管桩浮桩事故,探讨饱和软土地区预制管桩浮桩原因及处理办法,进一步总结预防经验,以减少此类工程事故的发生。Due to significant advantages of convenient construction,low cost and high quality,prefabricated pipe and piles have been widely used as a pile type in soft soil areas,and its disadvantage is obvious soil-compacting effect,especially in the application of large-area pile group foundation in thick saturated soft soil layer.Based on the floating pile accident of prefabricated pipe and piles in a project in Ningbo,this paper discusses the causes and treatment methods of pipe and piles floating pile in saturated soft soil area,and further summarizes the prevention experience to reduce the occurrence of such project accidents.
