摘  要:目前常用的清水混凝土砂浆强度等级不能满足建筑物结构强度等级GB50186标准要求;施工技术条件相对滞后(如:砼浇筑前未浇注水泥浆用量不够);施工中采用外模形式处理措施不当(如:湿养护、湿胀浆和湿回弹等)等;施工环境条件对混凝土强度影响很大。为此,本工程通过开展多项技术研究和工程实践,取得了良好效果,总结了清水混凝土配制施工技术要点与创新成果,为我国各大建筑工程提供了示范经验。At present,the mortar strength grade of commonly used fair-faced concrete cannot meet the requirements of GB50186 standard for structural strength grade of buildings;the construction technical conditions are relatively lagging(e.g.,insufficient amount of non-poured cement slurry before concrete pouring);improper treatment measures of exterior formwork(such as:wet curing,wet expansion slurry and wet resilience,etc.)are used in the construction;construction environmental conditions have a great impact on the strength of concrete.Therefore,this project has achieved good results through implementing a number of technical researches and engineering practice,summarizes the technical points and innovative achievements of fair-faced concrete preparation construction technology,and provides demonstration experience for various large-scale construction projects in China.
