阿维A胶囊联合胸腺五肽与人干扰素α2b注射液治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿维 A 胶囊联合胸腺五肽与人干扰素 α2b 注射液治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床价值。方法 84 例复发性尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各 42 例。对照组采用胸腺五肽联合人干扰素 α2b 注射液治疗,研究组采用阿维 A 胶囊联合胸腺五肽及人干扰素α2b 注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前后血清 T 细胞亚群水平、粒细胞 - 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM-CSF)水平及治疗后 6 个月复发情况。结果 治疗后,两组 CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及 CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于本组治疗前,且研究组 CD3^(+)(51.48±5.06)%、CD4^(+)(33.11±3.86)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(2.11±0.39) 高于对照组的 (44.97±2.70)%、(28.20±4.10)%、(1.61±0.39),差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清 GM-CSF 水平均低于本组治疗前,且研究组血清 GM-CSF(143.74±20.69)pg/ml 低于对照组的 (184.15±28.53)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。研究组复发率 4.76% 明显低于对照组的 19.05%,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 阿维 A 胶囊联合胸腺五肽与人干扰素 α2b 注射液治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效显著,可改善患者免疫功能及炎症反应敏感性,复发率低,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical value of acitretin capsule combined with thymopentin and human interferon α2b injection in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of84 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum were studied and divided into a research group and a control group based on random numerical table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated by thymopentin combined with human interferon α2b injection,while the research group was treated by acitretin capsule combined with thymopentin and human interferon α2b injection.The serum T-cell subset levels,granulocytemacrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) levels before and after treatment,and the recurrence 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and CD3^(+) (51.48±5.06)%,CD4^(+) (33.11±3.86)% and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) (2.11±0.39) in the research group were higher than (44.97±2.70)%,(28.20±4.10)%,(1.61±0.39) in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum GM-CSF in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the serum GM-CSF (143.74±20.69) pg/ml in the research group was lower than (184.15±28.53) pg/ml in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate 4.76% in the research group was significantly lower than 19.05% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acitretin capsules combined with thymopentin and human interferon α2b injection has significant efficacy in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum,and can improve the immune function and inflammatory response sensitivity of patients with low recurrence rate,which is worthy of recommendation and application.
