摘 要:系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是我国发病率较高的免疫疾病,发病机制与基因、环境、细胞凋亡清除机制缺陷及免疫功能异常相关。免疫球蛋白(Ig)G通过激活补体进行体液免疫反应,糖基化是免疫系统生物活性调节的中心机制。IgG糖基化水平改变与免疫系统疾病相关,SLE患者中IgG半乳糖化异常与疾病发生发展相关。分析IgG糖基化水平在SLE疾病中的改变,可以为探索疾病发病机制以及发现新的生物标志物提供新思路。本文旨在探讨糖链异常表达在红斑狼疮肾炎发病机制中的作用,为疾病诊断及治疗提供参考依据。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an immune disease with a high incidence in China.The pathogenesis of SLE is related to gene,environment,defective apoptotic clearance mechanism and abnormal immune function.Immunoglobulin(Ig) G performs humoral immune response by activating complement,and glycosylation is the central mechanism of immune system biological activity modulation.Changes in IgG glycosylation level are associated with immune system diseases.In SLE patients,abnormal IgG galactosylation is associated with the occurrence and development of the disease.Therefore,exploring changes in IgG glycosylation level in SLE can provide new ideas for exploring the pathogenesis of the disease and discovering new biomarkers.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of abnormal sugar chain expression in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus,so as to provide a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
