摘　　要：目的 探究区域性中药饮片处方点评制度实施前后对医院临床合理用药的影响。方法 回顾性分析佛山市顺德区13家公立医院520张中药饮片处方,区域性中药饮片处方点评制度实施前3个月(2021年5~7月)为对照组,干预后3个月(2021年10~12月)为研究组,比较两组不合理用药的发生情况。结果 对照组处方中缺中医诊断20张,未标注特殊煎煮方法 20张,给药途径不适宜10张,药物剂量不合理8张,存在用药禁忌4张,中药处方名不规范1张,不合理率为24.2%;而研究组干预后不合理率为2.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论 通过区域内三级甲等中医院牵头,实施跨医疗机构中药处方点评工作常态化机制,能带动辖区重视中药合理用药,推动辖区中药合理用药水平的发展。Objective To explore the influence of regional prescription review system of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical rational drug use in hospitals before and after implementation. Methods 520 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in thirteen of hospitals in Shunde District of Foshan were retrospectively analyzed. The control group was 3 months before the implementation of the regional prescription review system(May to July 2021) and the study group was 3 months after the intervention(October to December 2021). The occurrence and safety of irrational drug use were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 20 prescriptions were lack of TCM diagnosis, 20 prescriptions were not marked with special decoction method, 10 prescriptions were inappropriate route of administration, 8 prescriptions were unreasonable dose, 4 prescriptions were contraindicated, 1 prescriptions was nonstandard name of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, the unreasonable rate was 24.2%, and the unreasonable rate after intervention in the study group was 2.7%. Conclusion The implementation of the normal mechanism of cross-medical institution TCM prescription comment led by the third-level first-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the region can drive the area to attach importance to rational use of TCM and promote the development of the level of rational use of TCM in the area.
