摘　　要：分析了多场景下基础地理信息数据的安全交换需求,阐述了数据交换体系整体架构,探索了空天地数据增量更新、空间数据坐标转换、保密处理等方面的关键技术,最终应用于安徽省基础地理信息数据交换体系建设。This paper analyzes the security exchange requirements of basic geographic information data in multiple scenarios,expounds the overall structure of data exchange system,and explores the key technologies of incremental update,coordinate transformation,confidentiality processing of space-air-ground data.It is finally applied to the establishment of basic geographic information data exchange system in Anhui province.
