摘  要:随着环境变化及结构劣化,地下隧道工程投入运营后不可避免会出现病害。如何快速准确获取地下隧道工程裂缝、渗漏水、管片错台等病害信息成为工程重点和难点。作为实景复制技术,三维扫描能够对扫描场景进行高精度的还原,基于多源传感器获取的地下隧道点云数据,借助智能识别算法及人工判读,进行深度挖掘分析,可以很好获取相关位置病害信息。以青岛地铁2号线为例,借助移动三维激光扫描(螺旋扫描)+线扫描相机+其他传感器等设备,探讨外业采集和数据处理过程关键技术方法,分析其在地下隧道工程病害检测及原始数据存档方面的综合应用,最终建立地下隧道三维信息数据库,实现快速检测和评估,从而预测隧道病害发展趋势,减少病害带来的损失,为类似项目提供了良好借鉴。With the change of environment and the deterioration of structure,the diseases of underground tunnel are inevitable after it is put into operation.How to quickly and accurately obtain the disease information of underground tunnel engineering,such as cracks,leakage,segment dislocation and so on,has become the focus and difficulty of the project.As a real scene replication technology,3D scanning can restore the scanning scene with high accuracy.Based on the point cloud data of underground tunnel obtained by multisource sensors,with the help of intelligent recognition algorithm and artificial interpretation,the depth mining analysis can obtain the relevant location disease information.Taking Qingdao Metro Line 2 as an example,with the help of mobile 3D laser scanning(spiral scanning)+line scanning camera+other sensors and other equipment,this paper discusses the key technical methods of field acquisition and data processing,analyzes its comprehensive application in underground tunnel engineering disease detection and original data archiving,and finally establishes the underground tunnel 3D information database to realize rapid detection and evaluation.The prediction of the development trend of tunnel disease and the reduction of the loss caused by the disease provide a good reference for similar projects.
