摘 要:为了解决昆明市城乡结合部多座污水处理厂存在的脱氮效率低、碳源依赖大等问题,以比耗氧速率和反硝化速率两项污泥活性指标,指导污水处理厂工艺调控。结果表明:接种活性污泥进行培养驯化的措施,可以改善污泥活性和反硝化性能,并可利用反硝化速率试验筛选适宜碳源。经调控,该低碳氮比污水处理厂脱氮效率得到提升,吨水碳源投加量由48 mg/kg下降至11.6 mg/kg,解决了该污水处理厂碳源投加量大的问题,可为其他低碳氮比污水处理厂工艺调控提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of low nitrogen removal efficiency and high carbon source dependence caused by low influent carbon nitrogen ratio in many sewage treatment plants(STPs)in the urban-rural fringe of Kunming,this paper takes one of STPs as the research object,and uses two sludge activity indicators,specific oxygen consumption rate and denitrification rate,to guide the process regulation of STPs.The results show that the measures of inoculating activated sludge for cultivation and domestication can improve the sludge activity and denitrification performance;The denitrification rate test can be used to screen suitable carbon sources.After regulation,the denitrification efficiency of the low carbon nitrogen ratio STP has been improved,and the dosage of carbon source per ton of water has been reduced from 48 g/ton to 11.6 g/ton,which solves the problem of large dosage of carbon source in the STP,and also provided a reference for the process control of other STPs with low carbon nitrogen ratio.
