干熄焦工艺配套设备的改进

摘　　要：干熄焦工艺的配套设备由于使用周期长、工艺设计上有缺陷,导致故障率高、检修频繁,且检修难度大。针对干熄焦工艺配套设备的缺陷及不足,对干熄焦的水封槽自动清扫装置、滑动水封罩防尘、滑动水封罩入水翻转机构等进行了改造。改造后,水封槽、水封盖等设备的使用寿命延长,密封效果良好。既降低了配套设备的故障率,又节省了维修费用。Due to long service life and defects in process design,the supporting equipment of CDQ process has high failure rate,frequent maintenance and great difficulty in maintenance.In view of the defects and deficiencies of the supporting equipment for CDQ process,the automatic cleaning device of the water seal groove,the dust prevention mechanism of the sliding water seal cover,and the water inlet turnover mechanism of the sliding water seal cover were modified.After transformation,the service life of water seal tank,water seal cover and other equipment is extended,and the sealing effect is good.It not only reduces the failure rate of supporting equipment,but also saves maintenance costs.
